We are very tied with the vineyard , its cultivation and we believe in this for the truth of the winemaking. Not even a single grape is coming from out of our own vineyard. We completely control our raw material. Quality excellence. If one year the weather does not help and we do not like the grape we simply do not ferment and not produce.
This happened in 2008 and 2014.
Our vineyard originally started on an area of 3.5 acres and has become 5.5 acres. Three red wine varieties (Refosco, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon) and two white wine varieties (Malagouzia and Chardonnay) were selected. The soils were virgin from crops, the waters in the right amount, the microclimate of the area with interesting variations.
